The trial is the same software you buy, not a cut-down demo. Nothing is watermarked and nothing is hidden.
Before you start
- Glory Desk installed on the computer you want to test on — see Install on Windows
- A business email address
- Your Hardware ID from the app
Steps
1. Copy your Hardware ID
- Open Glory Desk.
- Click License in the sidebar (or wait for the license screen on a fresh install).
- Select the Hardware ID box and copy the whole value.
2. Request the trial
- Open glorydesk.mtglory.com/trial.
- Enter your business email and company / shop name.
- Paste the Hardware ID.
- Click Start free 5-day trial.
Your key appears on the page immediately and is also emailed to you.
3. Activate
- Copy the trial key (use the Copy key button).
- In Glory Desk, go to License.
- Paste it into the key box and click Activate License.
- The tier shows Trial (Pro features) with the days remaining.
While the trial runs
The License screen and the dashboard both show how many days are left. Use real products, real prices and real sales — that is the only way to judge whether it fits your shop.
Suggested order for a 5-day test:
- Day 1 — add your products and opening stock
- Day 2 — sell through Checkout and print receipts
- Day 3 — record a supplier purchase order and receive stock
- Day 4 — add customers, quotes and a return
- Day 5 — open Reports and Insights to see profit and stock value
When the trial ends
- The app locks the paid features; your data stays on your computer
- Activate any paid tier with the same Hardware ID and you continue exactly where you stopped
- Nothing is deleted and nothing is uploaded
Choose a tier on Pricing, then follow Activate your license.
If something goes wrong

| "This computer has already used its free trial" | One trial per computer. Email support@mtglory.com if you need an extension |
| Hardware Mismatch on activation | The key was issued for a different Hardware ID — request again with the ID from this computer |
| No email arrived | The key is shown on the trial page too; also check spam |
| Trial shows 0 days but you just got it | Check the computer's date and time are correct |
| Checkout or Reports still locked | Confirm your user role and Settings → Modules — see License tiers |
