Team users & roles

Manage who can sign in under Team Users (page title User Management).

Before you start

  • You are logged in as Admin (or a user with User Management)
  • After first install, change the default password immediately (see below)

Steps

1. Open Team Users

  1. In the sidebar, click Team Users.
  2. Review the grid: Username, Role, Last Login, Actions.

2. Add a user

  1. Click + New User.
  2. Enter Username and Password (required for new users).
  3. Choose Role (template): Admin, Manager, Accountant, Cashier, or Staff.
  4. Optional: click Apply role defaults to modules.
  5. Under Module access (customize per user), tick only what they need:
    • Point of Sale (POS)
    • Inventory / Products
    • Customers
    • Suppliers
    • Purchase Orders & RFQ
    • Sales Orders & Quotations
    • Returns & Refunds
    • Reports & Analytics
    • Audit Trail
    • Manufacturing
    • Settings
    • User Management
  6. Click Save (or Close to cancel).

Tip on screen: Check only the apps this user should see. This overrides the role template.

3. Edit a user

  1. Click Edit on a row (pane title Edit User — {username}).
  2. Change role and module access as needed.
  3. Password: leave blank to keep the current password, or type a new one.
  4. Click Save.

4. Delete a user

  1. Click Delete on the row.
  2. Confirm carefully.

You cannot delete admin or your own logged-in account.
