Stock reports

Inventory reports under Reports → category Stock.

Before you start

• Pro / Enterprise for the Reports hub
• Products and stock movements exist (Products & stock)

Open Stock reports

1. Sidebar Reports → Report Category → Stock.
2. Choose Stock Levels or Stock History.

Stock Levels

How much of each product you have now.

Steps

1. Select Stock Levels.
2. Screen title: Current Stock Report (or Low Stock Report (< 5 items) when filtered).
3. Choose radio filter: All Products or Low Stock (< 5 items).
4. Review columns: SKU, Name, Category, Qty, Unit, Price.
5. Optional: click Export to CSV → save the file (dialog Save Report As).

Stock History

Recent stock additions and removals.

Steps

1. Select Stock History.
2. Screen title: Stock Movement History (last 100).
3. Click Refresh.
4. Review: Date, SKU, Type, Qty, Batch Details, Reason, Operator.
5. Select a row → View Details.
6. In Transaction Details, review Performed By, Product ID (SKU), Reason, Batch Trace / Cost Details.
7. Optional Copy, then Close.

What success looks like

• Stock levels match the Products screen
• History shows recent IN/OUT movements
• CSV exports when your tier allows
