Analytical reports under Reports → category Insights.

Before you start

• Pro / Enterprise Reports access
• Enough sales and stock history for rankings to be meaningful

Open Insights

1. Reports → Report Category → Insights.
2. Pick one of the four reports below.

Best-Selling Products

Products ranked by revenue importance (A/B/C).

Steps

1. Select Best-Selling Products.
2. Loaded title: ABC Analysis.
3. Click Refresh.
4. Review ABC, SKU, Product, Revenue, Share %.

Focus on A items for stock priority; review C for assortment decisions.

Slow-Moving Stock

Products in stock that are not selling.

Steps

1. Select Slow-Moving Stock.
2. Title: Dead Stock Report (90 days).
3. Click Refresh.
4. Review Product, Stock, Reason, Suggested Action
   (example reason: no sales in a date range; action may suggest discounting).

Profit by Category

How much profit each product group makes.

Steps

1. Select Profit by Category.
2. Title: Margin by Category.
3. Click Refresh.
4. Review Category, Products, Revenue, Cost, Gross Profit, Margin %.

Month End Summary

Totals check and unpaid bills for month end.

Steps

1. Select Month End Summary.
2. Title like Month Close Summary — {Month Year} (current month).
3. Read intro: Period trial balance and open balances.
4. Check Total Debits, Total Credits, Posted Entries, Open AR Documents, Open AP Documents.
5. Click Refresh after posting late journals.

Use together with Money owed and Money overview for close.

What success looks like

• ABC / dead stock / margin grids populate
• Month close debits ≈ credits when books are balanced
• Open AR/AP counts match aging reports
